About SEEdS
Sustainable Ecosystems Education in Science (SEEdS) is an innovative project for grades 9-12 that educates students in science (STEM) with problem-based learning modules that align with high school environmental science, biology and chemistry standards. The SEEdS project project components focus on Sustainable Ecosystems and 21st century technology skills and allow students to transition into Career and Technology Education tracks as follow-on electives.
SEEdS improves academic achievement, 21st century skills and college-readiness for grades 9-12 students, especially for high-risk, rural and under-represented groups, going into science, technology, engineering and math career fields.
SEEdS is a sponsored project of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
